We offer FREE shipping on all orders in the contiguous United States.
Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it is available. We will also email you all shipping / delivery updates as soon as they occur.
Due to the large nature of most of our items, please allow additional shipping and delivery timeframes.
Freight delivery
Freight delivery is our default shipping method for most of our large box items. Freight shipments come with free curbside delivery. Most freight orders ship within 2-3 business days and are delivered within 7-14 business days.
Our shipping carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure your contact information is accurate to ensure our shipping carrier can reach you to schedule your delivery.
Please inspect your product upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@gameroomfindr.com with any issues. Please also make sure you note any shipping damage on your POD (proof of delivery) paperwork.
Ground Delivery
Smaller items may ship via ground or similar shipping methods. Most ground orders ship within 1-2 business days and are delivered within 7 business days.Please inspect your product upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@gameroomfindr.com with any issues.
White Glove Installation
At this time we do not offer any White Glove or similar services. Unpacking and installation of our products are the customer's responsibility.Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for opened or used items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Exchanges
If you are requesting an exchange for an item due to defect, shipping damage, or some other reason; please contact us at support@gameroomfindr.com with your order number and reason for your exchange.If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your item, an exchange will be shipped out to you immediately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@gameroomfindr.com.
